Restos Saint Nicolas

“Restos Saint Nicolas” is a cluster of restaurants on the Charles Malek axis that goes through Ashrafieh. Surrounded by a multitude of office buildings, the project with its 150 years-old renovated house and inner gardens will be an oasis of freshness and calm and a refuge from the hecticness of the city.

With an eclectic offer of restaurants and parking facility, the project will be a destination that will bring some livelihood to the region.

After the tumultuous period of the 70’s and 80’s, when the reconstruction of Downtown was initiated, Sabbagha Development took it to themselves to renovate an old property on the commercial Uruguay Street.
The 80 year old building was renovated, and additional floor was added and all the amenities of a modern building were installed, giving a bland mix of modern and classical Lebanese architecture.

1063 Tabaris

A high end offices building located on the Tabaris roundabout, being the foothold of the prestigious Rue du Liban and with a view on the coast and the Gebran Tueini garden. The project is one of the few references of the office buildings in Ashrafieh with its refined glass façade, prestigious retail and easy parking access.

Les Jardins de Tabaris phases 1 & 2

“Les Jardins de Tabaris” is a landmark project in the region of Tabaris, Ashrafieh. It is a luxurious project that consists mostly of residential apartments and some offices. The project, with its many retail spaces and at human scale architecture respects the identity and social fabric of the district.
With more than a thousand square meters of inner gardens, the building represents a safe haven from the many aggressions and tumult of the city.

Le 598 Ashrafieh
